Havilah's Thesis

My passion for books and fine art is an ever-present part of my life. Since before I can remember, I've loved Monet and went to Giverny before I was 10. Since I was 15, I've loved classical literature, starting with Dostoevsky's The Idiot.

I am transforming this passion into a long-term investment strategy. Havilah's thesis is that rare books, fine art, and similar, scarce assets almost always appreciate in value.

The more that public stock markets are flooded with cheap capital by professionals and retail investors through ETFs, index funds, and similar products, the more that alternative assets will continue to be an attractive market for passionate, knowledgeable investors.

Havilah is an expression of this fundamental belief and commitment to long-term investment as a gateway to generate significant returns while enjoying the journey of collection along the way.
